The more the demands placed on a valve, the stricter are the criteria against which it is checked and manufactured. The safety system covers all process stages. In all stages of production functional and safety tests are carried out using modern measuring instruments. Only after each component has been tested is it released for further processing or assembly. Material, pressure and tightness tests are standard. The extremely stringent quality standard DIN/ISO 9001:2000 as well as PED 97/23/EC Module H is fulfilled in connection with notified body.
Therefore, OHL Gutermuth has the possiblity to produce and verify a large range of the production program.
