- Completed commercial vocational training
- Alternatively, appropriate further training (e.g. foreign trade, logistics) or a completed degree (e.g. in export)
- Professional experience in the field of foreign trade/logistics
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Business fluent in English and German
- Independent working style and result-oriented action
- Strong communication skills with internal and external contacts

- Commercial processing of orders with national and international customers Preparation and review of draft contracts
- Independent processing and handling of orders in the ERP system PSIpenta Direct contact with customers, sales representatives and service providers
- Development of AT-related packaging and shipping procedures
- Commercial export processing
- Preparation of accompanying and export documents (e.g. customs invoices, export declarations)
- Issue of certificates of origin
- Processing of letters of credit
- Application for bank guarantees
- Invoicing customers and monitoring incoming payments
