Butterfly valves with double eccentric disc, suitable for applications in the chemical and petrochemical industry, power plants, paper mills, corrosive media, gaseous and liquid.

- Tightness according to EN 12266-1 Class A
- Wafer design; double flange, welding ends and end valve
- Face-to-face length to EN 558-1 or, on request, to factory length
- Pressure ratings PN 6–PN 40 or ANSI 150 lbs–300 lbs; higher pressure ratings on request
- Operating temperature from -10°C to +200°C, depending on the disc seal
- Shaft seal according to TA-Luft available
DOUBLE OFFSET
DESIGN FEATURES
- Soft-sealing butterfly valve with double eccentric disc for gas-tight closure in the pipeline.
- High power transmission from actuator to valve disc through a two-piece plug-in shaft, which is firmly connected to the disc by means of dowel pins.
- Low maintenance due to internal maintenance-free plain bearings.
- High external tightness through the use of an adjustable packing on the actuator side. The opposite side is closed with a cover.
- Gas-tight closure of the valve through the proven sealing method. An endless profile ring serves as the sealing element, which is adjustably clamped at the disc edge. The profile ring is easily replaceable.
- Actuator adaptation according to DIN/ISO 5211.
