SHUT-OFF VALVES
Shut-off valves specifically for use in Claus plants and processes. Upon customer request: Special design for natural gas desulfurization and gas purification. This proven design has been used in over 150 reference plants worldwide since 1970. Many of the valves installed over 30 years ago are still in operation today.

Design Features
- Lightweight and economical valve in relation to its size due to special welded construction and adaptation to operating conditions.
- Seat in the body and on the disc welded from corrosion- or erosion-resistant chrome-nickel steel.
- Gas-tight seal with any valve installation position due to special dimensioning and shaping of the body seat and disc.
- The valve stem is sealed from the medium chamber to the atmosphere with an adjustable packing, the material of which is adapted to the operating conditions.
- Standard actuator for on-off function is a pneumatic piston actuator, double-acting.
