OHL Gutermuth Industrial Valves GmbH (hereinafter referred to as OHL), whose website publishes this Privacy Policy, always strives to provide you with excellent service for all products and services. In individual cases, we may pass on the data you have provided to affiliated companies, business partners, or representatives of OHL (within and outside the European Economic Area) so that they can contact you regarding support, renewal, or acquisition of OHL products and services. Our affiliated companies, business partners, or representatives may contact you directly in this regard.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right, in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about
a) the purposes of processing;
b) the categories of personal data being processed;
c) the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed;
d) the planned storage period;
e) the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection;
f) the existence of a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
g) the origin of your data, if not collected from us, and
h) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling
to request.
Furthermore, the data subject has the right to obtain information as to whether personal data has been transferred to a third country or to an international organization. If this is the case, the data subject also has the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards relating to the transfer.

6. Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject shall have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
7. Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”) Art. 17 GDPR
To request the erasure of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Your right to erasure includes:
a) The personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

c) The data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2).
d) The personal data have been unlawfully processed.
e) The personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.
f) The personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services referred to in Article 8(1).
8. Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
To request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the data and we no longer need the data, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;

We refrain from using analysis tools or tracking methods.
a) Use of YouTube Plugins (Videos)
On some pages of our website, videos stored on YouTube are embedded. YouTube is a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For all YouTube videos on our website, the “extended data protection mode” is activated. YouTube provides this and thereby guarantees that YouTube does not store cookies with personal data on your computer. When accessing the website and embedding the videos, the IP address is transmitted. This cannot be assigned unless you have logged in to YouTube or another Google service before accessing the page or are permanently logged in.
